Playwrighting, Teaching and the Politics of both
Well it was the northern version of the guide that caught my eye whilst in worcestershire at my mum's. was due to visit my uni town of sheffers the next week so decided to book tickets for the first saturday there and then. got the train up from london to see a play at the crucible, felt slightly wierd but very intrigued. and wow i'm glad i did. i thought the play was staggeringly good, script, performances all gripping and for someone who lives in london all very real! anyway hope the rest of the run just as good and the actors keep the same spark. very impressed. also i have to apologise as i was one of the very naughty young ladies who tiptoed (or tried) in late. blame the so-not-london taxi service from outer sheffield....best
Really enjoyed the play, thought it was a staggeringly good script and all the actors were superb. Think I was sat behind you actually Fin!
Some nice words here...http://www.musicomh.comI've been following your blog for a bit, good luck with the rest of the run.
Thanks everyone! And especially for that link Natasha, what a great write-up.Bit goosed after a 3am finish with actors last night, plus now i have to prepare for a conference at school tomorrow so can't stop. Will post again when i have had some sleep ...
