Although I'm back I still have no time to blog! Keen to tell you all about the BBC scheme - though I shall have to choose my words carefully. Plus Mehndi Night had its first in-school preview last Friday, and I almost exploded with pride in those kids. We've also been longlisted for an award. But alas all this will have to wait.

In the meantime, keep an eye on the Society section of Wednesday's Guardian ...

I'm doing a NODA summer school course on contemporary drama next week. The required reading is "Amy's View" by David Hare and your own "How To Disappear..." (which is how I got here, via Google).

Sorry, but I hadn't heard of the play before (I'm a long way from Sheffield, sadly).

The script arrived from Amazon this morning, so I've only had time to read the first 20 pages, or so, of Act One in my lunch break, but so far it's a gripping play and one that I can't wait to finish and to study/act/direct in depth in our workshops.

Anyway - just thought you'd like to know that you're now the subject of study!

Best wishes with your career - I'll certainly be looking out for other opportunities to see your work (unfortunately, this year, Edinburgh is a long way off too...).
